Check out the black bike shown in first 6 photos:
Top speed is about 142 mph and it goes through the 1/4 mile at 1206 on motor and 11.76 with nitrous.
This bike has Wiesco 1327 pistons, lightened flywheels and crank (14 lbs. off )
Reworked heads with 1000GL cams and Manley valves.
Reworked airbox with velocity stacks, hidden nitrous oxide in left saddlebag.
Dyna reworked ignition and nitorus controller, 2 step with Shift Lite and a back cut tranny with Barnett clutch plates.
Venom tires and Progressive front springs with Progressive rear shocks.
Arlen Ness rear fender, Honda Aero front with a Harley FLH fairing (quick release as well as the bags).
I have built 9 of them along this line all with leather bags as there is no nitrous on them.
Bike weighs in at about 632 total.
Below in last 5 photos is shown my newest creation:
A 1979 1000gl in an industrial design sort of way.
No tank shell, all angles and such airbox cover/tank will be diamond plate aluminum
as well as fenders - Should look VERY GOOD.
I have owned 12 and worked on probably 200 in the last 20 years.
